This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route takes you to the stunning Grasberg peak in the Karwendel Nature Park. The total distance of the hike is 13.238 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1005 meters, so be prepared for a challenging adventure.

Starting at P7 Karwendelau parking lot, you will begin your journey towards Grasberg. Along the way, at about 4.03 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Grasbergsattel saddle, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Further ahead, at 6.62 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the majestic Grasberg peak, a perfect spot to take in the panoramic vistas.

As you continue your trek, at the 4.03-kilometer mark, you will come across informative signposts providing insights about the area and its natural features. Additionally, at the 5.4-kilometer point, there is a drinking water station where you can refill your bottles and stay hydrated.
