This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through a beautiful alpine area with a total distance of 12.858 kilometers and an elevation gain of 816 meters. The estimated duration for this hike is around 5 hours.

Starting off at the trailhead, you will come across the Alpenrösli restaurant around 0.54 kilometers into the hike, where you can grab a bite to eat before continuing on. Further along the trail, at the beginning of the hike, you will pass by the Carschina Hutte, a cozy alpine hut located 4 kilometers from the start. This makes for a great spot to rest and take in the stunning views.

As you make your way towards the midway point of the hike, you will reach the Carschinafurgga saddle, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. This is a perfect spot to take a break and soak in the beauty of the alpine landscape.

Continuing on, you will eventually reach the Alp Drusa alpine hut, located 6.43 kilometers from the start, where you can rest and refuel before heading back. On the way back, you can stop by the Sulzfluh restaurant, around 0.14 kilometers from the start, for a delicious meal.

Throughout the hike, make sure to stay hydrated by refilling your water bottle at the drinking water stations located at various points along the trail. It is important to come prepared with enough water, snacks, and appropriate hiking gear due to the rugged terrain and challenging nature of the hike.
