This challenging hiking route will take you to the picturesque Rotspitz peak in the beautiful mountainous region. The trail covers a distance of approximately 7.85 kilometers with an elevation gain of 720 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.

As you begin your journey, you will come across a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike. Along the way, you will pass by the Sulzfluh restaurant, where you can stop for a break and refuel with some delicious food.

One of the highlights of the hike is the Weberlisch Höli cave entrance, located 1.81 kilometers from the start. This natural wonder offers a unique opportunity to explore the rocky formations and marvel at the underground beauty.

As you continue your ascent, you will reach the Partnunstafel information point at 0.14 kilometers, providing you with insights into the local flora, fauna, and history of the area. Further along the trail, you will find a drinking water station at 0.19 kilometers, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your journey.

Finally, after a strenuous but exhilarating hike, you will reach the Rotspitz peak at 3.93 kilometers from the start. Here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, making all the effort worthwhile.
