This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area surrounding Monte Castello, offering stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. The total distance of the hike is 7.889 kilometers with an elevation gain of 552 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.

Starting off at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area to leave your vehicle before beginning your journey. As you venture further, at 0.61 kilometers into the hike, you'll find Rifugio Mulino Calzetta, a wilderness hut where you can take a break and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Further along the trail, at 3.58 kilometers in, you'll encounter Prato Corvara, a picturesque picnic site perfect for a relaxing stop. Nearby, you'll also find Piana della Corvara, a saddle offering panoramic views of the area.

Midway through the hike, at 3.94 kilometers, you'll reach Monte Castello, a peak with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Continuing on, at 2.48 kilometers from the start, you'll come across another peak, Monte Cravadora, offering even more spectacular vistas.

As you make your way back, be sure to stop by Il Castellano, a restaurant located just 0.01 kilometers from the start, where you can refuel and recharge. Additionally, there are drinking water stations along the trail to keep you hydrated.
