Welcome to the hiking route to Untere Wildenalpe 1800m in Mittelberg-Wildental! This 8.5-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a moderate to difficult hike with a total elevation gain of 544 meters.

The trail starts at the parking area where you can leave your vehicle for the duration of the hike. As you begin your journey, you'll pass by Fluchtalpe around the 2.27-kilometer mark, a cozy biergarten where you can take a break and enjoy some local refreshments. Further along the trail, you'll come across the Innere Wiesalpe (1.11 km from the start) and Untere Wiesalpe (0.9 km from the start), both offering options for sustenance.

Around the 3.11-kilometer mark, you'll encounter a beautiful waterfall (3.11 km from the start) and a water feature at 4.27 kilometers. For those interested in some via ferrata, there is a spot at 3.2 kilometers from the start.

Throughout the hike, you'll find information points, benches, and viewpoints where you can rest and take in the stunning surroundings. Make sure to bring plenty of water, as the trail can be challenging at times. Check the weather forecast before heading out, and wear appropriate hiking gear.
