Welcome to the hiking route on Carretera de Valldemossa! This scenic area offers a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy a leisurely hike.

As you begin your journey, you will come across a convenient parking area right at the trail start. Make sure to park your vehicle securely before setting off on your hike.

About 1.38 kilometers into the trail, you will find a serene water spot where you can take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This can be a great place to rest and refuel before continuing on your hike.

Further along the trail at 1.24 kilometers, there is another water source, but it is slightly off the main path. It may be worth exploring if you are in need of a rest or just want to enjoy the tranquility of the area.

At around the midway point of the hike, you will encounter more water features at 0.51 kilometers and 0.7 kilometers from the start. These spots provide a refreshing break and a chance to connect with nature.

For those interested in climbing, there are several climbing sectors along the trail, such as S'Estret - Sector Pasión, S'estret - Sector Cabra Zombi, S'estret - Sector Mejicano, and S'estret - Sector Xurasco. These offer a unique opportunity for a different kind of outdoor adventure.

Additionally, don't miss the Balma de Son Matge archaeological site and the Cova de s'Estret cave entrance located 0.25 kilometers and 0.0 kilometers from the start, respectively. These historical landmarks provide insight into the area's rich past.

As you reach the endpoint of the trail, you can visit the viewpoint located nearby to take in stunning panoramic views of the surroundings.

This out-and-back hike covers a distance of 2.756 kilometers with no significant elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear comfortable hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before embarking on your adventure.
