This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you through the breathtaking wilderness surrounding Kleiner Knallstein. With a total distance of 22.416 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1409 meters, this hike is not for the faint of heart.
Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across Gasthof Sölkstub'n, a cozy restaurant where you can fuel up before your journey. Further along the trail, you will pass by parking areas and various peaks such as Karlspitz, Kleiner Knallstein, and Schusterstuhl. Make sure to take in the stunning views from these vantage points.
