This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around Fermerskopf, offering stunning views and a challenging trek. With a total distance of 13.913 kilometers and an elevation gain of 988 meters, this route is classified as extremely difficult, so be prepared for a tough hike.

Starting from the trailhead, you will pass by the Paindl Alm wilderness hut around 2.28 kilometers into the hike. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the alpine surroundings. As you continue onwards, you will reach the Galgenstangenkopf peak at the 6 kilometer mark, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Further along the trail, at around 6.96 kilometers, you will reach the Fermerskopf peak, the destination of this out-and-back route. Take in the breathtaking views from the summit before heading back the way you came.

Along the trail, you will also come across useful amenities such as parking areas and benches for resting.
