This easy 2.04 km out-and-back hiking route takes you to the Cabane du ski-club de Nyon on Route du Vuarne. Starting off, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. As you continue on, about 0.3 km in, you'll find an information point followed by another at 0.17 km. Further on, at 0.96 km, you'll reach Col de Porte, which also serves as a natural saddle.
If you're looking to stay overnight, there's an alpine hut located 1.02 km into the hike. The total elevation gain for this route is 105 meters, and it should take approximately 44 minutes to complete.
