Further along the trail, at around 0.21 kilometers from the start, you will find the Refuge de la Madone de Fenestre, where you can seek accommodation if needed.

As you continue your journey, you will come across the historic Église de la Madone de Fenestre at approximately 0.19 kilometers from the start, adding a cultural touch to your hike. The trail also leads you to the Pas des Ladres, a saddle point located around 3.22 kilometers from the beginning.

One of the highlights of this hike is reaching the peak of Cima di Cougourda / Cime de Cougourde at about 8.27 kilometers from the start, offering stunning panoramic views of the area.
