This extremely difficult 16.365-kilometer circular hiking route, known as the Spray Park Trail, offers a challenging adventure through the stunning natural beauty of the area. The trail starts at the Mowich Lake Trailhead, where you can park your vehicle for a fee. As you begin your journey, you'll pass by the Mowich Lake Ranger Station around 0.33 kilometers into the hike.

Throughout the trail, you'll encounter several water features, including picturesque streams and water bodies. Be sure to stay hydrated and refill your water bottles at the various water sources along the way. Some notable water points include a water feature at 7.17 kilometers, another at 5.92 kilometers, and a beautiful water body at 6.68 kilometers.

As you continue on the trail, you'll come across Mount Pleasant, a natural peak located around 3.37 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 4.69 kilometers, you'll find a bench where you can take a rest and soak in the peaceful ambiance of the area. Another interesting point along the trail is Knapsack Pass, located about 2.4 kilometers from the start. Be sure to capture the scenic beauty of this area.

For those looking to extend their adventure, the Mowich Lake Campground is located around 0.18 kilometers from the trail and offers a great overnight camping option. Remember to check the campground's website for more information and to ensure availability.
