This challenging out-and-back trail spans a distance of 8.06 kilometers with an elevation gain of 138 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by a convenient parking area located just 13.6 meters from the beginning of the trail. As you make your way through the route, you will encounter a picturesque peak approximately 4.03 kilometers from the start, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Along the path, you will also come across a quaint bench situated just 0.05 kilometers into the hike, providing a perfect spot to take a break and soak in the scenery. Further along, at a distance of 3.52 kilometers from the start, you will find a historic wayside cross located just off the trail.

It is recommended to bring an ample supply of water, especially on hot days, as well as sturdy hiking shoes and appropriate clothing. Checking the weather forecast before embarking on this journey is also advisable.
