Welcome to the Schafweg hiking route, a super easy trail with a distance of 1.804 kilometers and an elevation gain of 67 meters, perfect for a leisurely nature walk.

The trail starts at a parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on your adventure. As you begin your journey, you will come across another parking area just 100 meters away. Shortly after, you will find a scenic viewpoint with a bench where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the surrounding landscape.

Further along the trail, at about 0.59 kilometers from the start, you will encounter some historic ruins, offering a glimpse into the past. Continuing on, you will pass by a picnic site and another bench where you can take a break and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the area.

As you approach the midway point of the trail, you will find informative signs providing interesting facts about the surroundings. You will also come across more benches, perfect for taking a breather and appreciating the natural beauty of the area.

Towards the end of the trail, around 0.84 kilometers from the start, you will reach a bench overlooking a magnificent rock formation. Just a bit further, at 0.9 kilometers, you will find a boundary stone known as Rainstein, a notable attraction in the area.
