This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with various points of interest to explore along the way. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 2.866 kilometers and an elevation gain of 142 meters, making it of easy difficulty and suitable for hikers of all levels.

Starting at Wanderparkplatz Füllhölzel, a parking area, you will begin your journey. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across Carolastein, a peak located 0.39 kilometers from the start. Further along, at 0.55 kilometers, you will find Waltersdorfer Mühle, a biergarten where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments.

Continuing on, at 0.66 kilometers, you will reach Winkelturm, another peak along the trail. As you trek further, you will pass by various climbing spots such as Osterspitze and Verlassener Turm, located at 0.39 kilometers and 1.43 kilometers respectively from the start.

Midway through your hike, at 0.46 kilometers, you will have the opportunity to explore Carolahöhle, a cave entrance that is sure to capture your interest. Throughout the route, you will also come across several information points such as Kernzonengrenze and Füllhölzelweg, providing insights into the area's history and landscape.
