This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Col de Longet - Colle del Lupo area. The trail spans a distance of 11.932 kilometers with an elevation gain of 846.0 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding journey.
As you begin your hike, you'll pass by the picturesque Laghi Bes at around 5.38 kilometers from the starting point. These beautiful lakes offer a serene setting for a quick rest stop. Further along the trail, at approximately 5.12 kilometers, you'll encounter the historic Caserma/osservatorio Vallo Alpino ruins, providing a glimpse into the area's past.
Be sure to stay hydrated as you make your way to the Lago Bleu, located at around 4.25 kilometers into the hike. This peaceful water spot is perfect for a moment of reflection before continuing your adventure.
