This hike takes place in the beautiful area of Montée des Roches. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 4.164 kilometers and an elevation gain of 136 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across some interesting points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find "Place des Moines", a parking area located just 5.16 meters away from the trail. Further along the route, about 1.02 kilometers from the start, you will pass by a water feature called "La Fontaine disparue", followed by several other water points such as "Place de la Fontaine disparue" (1.76 km), "Place de l'Église" (1.92 km), and "Le Lac des Sapins" (1.86 km).

As you continue on, approximately 0.39 kilometers from the start, you will encounter "La Cave du Curé", an archaeological site worth exploring. For a nice break, a picnic site named "Aire de pique-nique" is located nearby at the beginning of the trail. You can also rest on a bench at "Banc de Repos" located 0.04 kilometers from the start or admire the historic wayside cross "Croix du Berger" at 0.12 kilometers from the start.

For a glimpse of the surrounding landscape, make sure to visit the viewpoint "Belvédère des Anges" situated 0.46 kilometers from the start. Additionally, you can learn about the local history by observing the boundary stone "Pierre de Chagnon" located right on the trail.
