Welcome to the hiking route at Eras de los Renegrales leading to the Puente Colgante de los Cahorros. This area offers stunning views and a mix of natural and man-made points of interest along the way.
The trail starts at the parking area, so make sure to leave your vehicle there. As you begin your hike, you'll pass by San Garrito, a bar where you can grab some sustenance before heading further into the route.
About a third of the way into the hike, you'll come across Los Tacos, a climbing spot that offers a different perspective of the surroundings. For those interested in peaks, there is an opportunity to visit a peak just a bit further from the trail.
As you continue onwards, you'll reach El Palo, another climbing spot that adds excitement to the journey. Along the way, take a moment to appreciate the view from Mirador de los Cahorros, a viewpoint that offers a breathtaking panorama of the area.
The trail culminates at the Puente Colgante de los Cahorros, a suspension bridge that spans the canyon and provides a thrilling end to your hike. This out-and-back route covers a distance of approximately 0.683 kilometers with an elevation gain of 34 meters, making it super easy in terms of difficulty.
