Welcome to the 5 - Tiergartenweg hiking route! This super easy trail spans 1.231 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it perfect for beginners and families.

The hike starts at the Vitaparcours Volketswil, where you'll find useful information about the trail ahead. As you make your way along the path, you'll come across several points of interest.

At the beginning of the trail, just 0.03 kilometers in, you'll find a parking area at Parkplatz Schwimmbad. This is a great spot to leave your vehicle before embarking on the journey. Further along, at 0.12 kilometers, you'll encounter Schwimmbad Waldacher, a bicycle parking area.

As you continue on, you'll reach a bench at 0.21 kilometers, a perfect resting spot to enjoy the surrounding nature. More benches can be found at 0.26, 0.35, and 0.56 kilometers into the hike.

Just over halfway through the trail, at 0.46 kilometers, there is an information point providing insights into the local area. Make sure to take a moment to learn more about the surroundings.

At 0.62 kilometers, you'll find a water point for a refreshing break. Note that there is a shelter at the beginning of the trail, although it is located off the main path.

Remember to bring plenty of water, as there are limited facilities along the trail. As always, check the weather forecast before setting out to ensure a safe and enjoyable hike.
