This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you through the breathtaking Abri Rajon - Sarenne area.

You will start your journey at the Parking du Lac Besson, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on this 13.367-kilometer adventure. The trail will lead you through challenging terrain with a total elevation gain of 623 meters, so be prepared for a strenuous hike.

Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will come across Lac Noir, a beautiful natural water feature just 0.31 kilometers from the start. As you continue your trek, you will pass by Lac Faucille, located 1.32 kilometers from the starting point, and Lac Besson, which is 0.4 kilometers from the trail.

Midway through your hike, you will have the opportunity to rest and refuel at Chalet du Lac Besson and La Grange Restaurant, both approximately 3 kilometers from the start of the trail. These establishments provide a welcome break for weary hikers.

As you near the end of your journey, you will reach Abri Rajon, a wilderness hut located 6.1 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty before heading back.
