Welcome to the hiking route to Schwarzhorn! This extremely difficult 13.516-kilometer trail with an elevation gain of 1338 meters will challenge even the most experienced hikers.

Starting off, you will find a parking area just 0.09 kilometers from the trailhead. As you progress, you will come across informational points about Gruben/Meiden and Grüobu to enhance your knowledge of the area.

Midway through the hike, at 6.76 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Schwarzhorn. Take a moment to admire the breathtaking views before continuing on.

For sustenance, there is Restaurant Schwarzhorn conveniently located 0.11 kilometers from the trail. Make sure to stay hydrated along the way, with drinking water available at 0.09 kilometers from the start.

As you approach the 5.74-kilometer mark, you will reach Augstbordpass, another significant point of interest along the route.
