This challenging hiking route will take you through the beautiful mountainous area surrounding Rifugio Nello Conti. The trail covers a distance of approximately 6.1 kilometers with an elevation gain of 910 meters, making it a difficult yet rewarding trek.

Starting from the parking area at the trailhead, you will embark on your journey towards Rifugio Nello Conti. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. About 3.06 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a wilderness hut where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

As you continue on, you will pass by the historic Ponte di Pisciarotto ruins at around 1.36 kilometers into the hike. Approximately 1.43 kilometers in, you'll encounter more historic ruins to explore.

One of the highlights of the trail is the Finestra Vandelli viewpoint and saddle, located about 2.93 kilometers from the start. Although it is not directly on the trail, it's worth making a detour to enjoy the breathtaking views.

For sustenance along the trail, there are drinking water stations available at various points, such as at 0.1 kilometers, 0.38 kilometers, and 0.96 kilometers from the start. Additionally, there is a cafe at 0.38 kilometers for a quick snack.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 3.07 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Rifugio Nello Conti. This alpine hut serves as a resting point for hikers and offers a website for more information.
