This challenging 8.42-kilometer circular hiking route will take you on a journey through stunning natural landscapes in the Le Bonhome de Pierre area. The trail starts at the parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on your adventure.
As you make your way along the trail, you will come across several points of interest. Around 2.54 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Pain de Sucre viewpoint, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. Nearby, you will also find Le Pain de Sucre peak, a must-see natural wonder.
Continuing on, at approximately 1.84 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the largest European larch, a remarkable sight worth pausing to appreciate. Along the trail, you will also find historic waypoints such as wayside crosses and the Oratoire Sainte-Eldra.
