This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Cresta Alta. The trail is 4.389 kilometers long and has an elevation gain of 450 meters, making it of moderate difficulty. It is estimated to take around 2 hours and 8 minutes to complete.
As you start your hike, you will pass by several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will come across Passo delle Buse Scure, a picturesque saddle located 0.56 kilometers from the start. Further along, at 1.14 kilometers from the start, you will reach Sella del Rotolon, another scenic saddle.
As you continue on your journey, you will encounter Forcella Lovaraste at 2.13 kilometers from the start. This saddle offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Along the trail, you may also come across Casermetta, an historic ruins site located 0.17 kilometers from the trail.
For those interested in nature, there is a water feature, marked as Passo di Campogrosso, located just 0.05 kilometers from the start of the trail. Additionally, there are various peaks to admire along the way, such as Guglia Berti, Cima Lovaraste, and Guglia Gei.
