This easy out-and-back hiking route near La Magdeleine covers a distance of approximately 2.985 kilometers with an elevation gain of 140 meters. The total duration for this hike is around 1 hour and 2 minutes.

Starting at Parcheggio Valery parking, which is conveniently located at the beginning of the trail, hikers will first pass through Lago Pilaz at around 1.08 kilometers into the hike. This picturesque water body provides a tranquil spot to take in the surroundings. Further along the trail, at approximately 0.64 kilometers, hikers will come across Piscina Alpe Valery, another beautiful water feature to admire.

Along the way, there are several points of interest marked by informative signboards such as '1A', '3', 'I funghi', 'Il formicaio', and more. These mark various landmarks and natural features that add to the charm of the hike. Additionally, there are benches and drinking water facilities strategically placed along the trail for hikers to rest and rehydrate.

As you reach the midway point, you'll encounter a viewpoint marked at 1.49 kilometers, offering a rewarding vantage point to enjoy the surrounding landscape. Towards the end of the trail, at 1.02 kilometers, you'll find Col Pilaz, another noteworthy spot to explore before heading back.
