This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area, with a total distance of 3.667 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it an easy trek suitable for all skill levels. It is an out-and-back trail, with the destination being the Stausee.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. Further along, about 1.24 kilometers from the start, there is an information center where you can learn more about the area.

Continuing on, at 1.31 kilometers from the start, you will discover the Förchenbach Wasserfall, a picturesque waterfall worth stopping to admire. A bit further, at 1.35 kilometers, you can explore the Tunnelberg peak, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

At 1.46 kilometers, there is another water feature, and at 1.83 kilometers, you will reach the Stausee, a serene reservoir perfect for a peaceful break. Nearby, there is another parking area and more information centers for your convenience.
