Continuing onwards, approximately 0.33 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the ruins of an old mill, known as "Moulin en ruine." While not directly on the trail, this historic site is worth a slight detour to explore and appreciate the remnants of the past.

As you navigate further along the trail, be sure to stop at the viewpoint located 1.84 kilometers from the start. This vantage point offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area, providing a perfect opportunity to rest and take in the natural beauty.

Further along the trail, at a distance of 0.25 kilometers from the start, you will come across a wayside cross, a significant historic marker that adds to the cultural richness of the hike.

Additionally, don't miss the bench located at the beginning of the trail, providing a perfect spot to take a break and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
