This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area of Xishan, which offers stunning views and cultural landmarks. The total distance of the hike is 9.821 kilometers with an elevation gain of 597 meters, making it a difficult level hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, at the beginning of the trail, you will come across a viewpoint at 1.6 kilometers from the start where you can take in panoramic views of the surroundings. Continuing on, at 1.56 kilometers, you will find a monument called Longmen, which holds historic significance.

Further along the trail, at 2.09 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Xishan Longmen Scenic Area, known for its attractions and entrance fees. Additionally, there is a parking area at the start of the trail, 0 kilometers away, where you can leave your vehicle for a fee.

Midway through the hike, at 4.91 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Xishan, offering sweeping views of the area. At 3.87 kilometers, you can stop for a meal at Hani Renjia restaurant, and at 2.73 kilometers, there is another restaurant for sustenance.

Towards the end of the trail, at 3.54 kilometers, you will find the peak of Hang Ta Mountain, offering a different perspective of the landscape.
