Starting off, you will come across the beautiful Barbarafall waterfall just 0.79 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue, at a distance of 2.38 kilometers, you will find a natural water source along with a viewpoint offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

At around 4.37 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Niedersachsenhaus, an alpine hut, where you can rest and enjoy a warm meal. Another alpine hut, Naturfreundehaus Neubau, is located at 2.38 kilometers from the start, providing another opportunity to take a break and refuel.

For those interested in climbing, the Eisklettern spot is conveniently situated at 0.77 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Additionally, there are several natural water sources along the route to replenish your water supply, with the nearest one just 0.05 kilometers into the hike.
