This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with a distance of 8.694 kilometers and an elevation gain of 477 meters, making it a difficult trail. It is an out-and-back route, so you will retrace your steps to return to the starting point.

As you begin your hike, you will come across a parking area where you can leave your vehicle. Shortly after, at around 0.7 kilometers into the hike, you will pass by a water source, which could be a good opportunity to refill your water bottles.

Further along the trail, at approximately 2.25 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a historic wayside cross. This could be a great spot to take a break and learn about the area's history.

As you continue on, at the 3.07-kilometer mark, there will be an information point where you can gather more insights about the surroundings. Additionally, at 3.08 kilometers, there will be a spot with drinking water available, which is crucial for staying hydrated on the trail.

Around midway through the hike, at 3.45 kilometers, you will find a bench where you can take a rest and enjoy the scenery. As you approach the turnaround point, at 4.35 kilometers into the hike, you will come across another water source, followed by another information point at 4.37 kilometers.
