This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Oberer Eisenkopf. The trail is 9.398 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 1583 meters, making it extremely difficult and suitable for experienced hikers.

As you begin your journey, you will come across Sportlokal Schönwies, a bar located just 0.11 kilometers from the start of the trail. A bit further along, at the same distance, you will find a water source and Sportanlage Schönwies parking area.

As you continue hiking, you will pass by Oberer Eisenkopf peak, located 4.7 kilometers from the start of the trail. This is a great spot to take in panoramic views of the surrounding area. Along the way, there are several benches and a fountain for hikers to rest and hydrate.

Near the end of the trail, approximately 0.86 kilometers from the start, you will find Marions Kuchenträume cafe and Kriegerdenkmal memorial. These landmarks are perfect for a final rest before heading back.
