Welcome to the hiking route to Jabukovac!

This challenging out-and-back trail covers a distance of 9.793 kilometers with an elevation gain of 769 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike for experienced hikers.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards Jabukovac. Along the way, you will pass by several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Planinarski dom Umberto Girometta, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the mountain views. Further along the trail, you will come across a picturesque picnic site at Gajna and a beautiful viewpoint where you can admire the surrounding landscapes.

As you continue your ascent, you will reach Jabukovac, a peak with stunning panoramic views. Take some time to soak in the natural beauty before making your way back. On the return journey, you can stop at the Planinarsko sklonište Hrvoje Dujmić shelter for a rest and visit the Ljuvač spring for a refreshing drink of water.
