This hiking route is located in a beautiful area with natural water features and convenient facilities along the way. The trail is 2.334 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Festplatz parking area at 0.96 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This makes it a great spot to park your vehicle before starting the hike. Along the way, you will also find multiple water points to refill your bottles, with some as close as 1.15 kilometers from the start.

For a short break, there are benches available at 0.4 kilometers and 0.98 kilometers from the starting point. Additionally, there are informative points and shelters at 1.07 kilometers into the hike for you to explore. You can also take a moment to visit the memorial at 0.4 kilometers to learn more about the area's history.

Before you head out, remember to bring an ample water supply, especially on warmer days, as the trail offers limited shaded areas. Checking the weather forecast beforehand is also recommended. This out-and-back route provides a relaxing and informative hiking experience for nature enthusiasts of all ages.
