This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Podgórna in Włocławek. The trail is circular, starting and ending at the same point. The total distance of the route is 0.789 kilometers with no significant elevation gain, making it a super easy hike suitable for hikers of all levels.
As you begin your journey, you will come across a parking area, providing convenient access to the trail. Along the way, there are several water sources, some closer to the start, while others are scattered throughout the route. Make sure to stay hydrated by refilling your water bottle at these locations.
Midway through the hike, you will encounter a wayside shrine, adding a touch of historical significance to your adventure. Further ahead, at a distance of 0.33 kilometers from the start, you will find the Pomnik Poległych Obrońców Wisły 1920, a memorial commemorating the fallen defenders of the Wisła River in 1920.
Near the end of the trail, you will pass by Ogrodnictwo "Zawiśle," a local farm, where you can take in the surrounding greenery and perhaps purchase some fresh produce. Additionally, benches are available along the path for a quick rest or a scenic spot to enjoy a snack.
