This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Camí de Montfred in a circular path. The trail is 7.546 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 33 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding journey.
As you begin your hike, you will pass by a parking area at the start of the trail, which is open 24/7 and free of charge. This is a great spot to leave your car before starting your adventure.
Throughout the hike, you will encounter several water features along the way. At 3.2 kilometers from the start, you'll come across a natural water source, followed by another one at 3.46 kilometers. There is also a water source located at 3.48 kilometers, which is directly on the trail for easy access.
For a quick break or refreshment, you'll find "Can Joan," a bar located 0.32 kilometers from the start of the trail. This is a great spot to grab a drink or a snack before continuing on your trek.
Further along the route, at the 0.5 kilometers mark, you'll come across Casa del Rei Moro, a historic castle worth exploring. This is a wonderful opportunity to take in some local history and culture.
