This hiking route takes you through a beautiful and scenic area, offering a moderate level of difficulty with a total distance of 4.71 kilometers and an elevation gain of 291 meters. It is estimated to take about 1 hour and 49 minutes to complete.
Starting at the trailhead, you'll come across a parking area at the very beginning of the route, making it convenient for those driving to the starting point. As you continue on, you'll pass by a tranquil water feature about 0.67 kilometers from the start, providing a refreshing sight early on in your journey.
Further along the trail, at a distance of 0.9 kilometers from the start, you'll find another water source, ideal for filling up your water bottle if needed. Around 1.43 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Collada de les Hortasses, a beautiful saddle offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
Continuing onwards, at the 1.89 kilometers mark, you'll encounter the peak known as la Foradada, providing a great spot to take in panoramic views of the area. Further ahead, at 2.23 kilometers, there is an information point where you can learn more about the local flora and fauna.
As you approach the turnaround point of the hike, you'll reach el Colomer, another peak with breathtaking views, located at 2.36 kilometers from the start. It's a great spot to rest and enjoy the scenery before heading back.
