Located in a picturesque mountainous area, this 8.619-kilometer circular trail offers stunning views and a challenging hike for outdoor enthusiasts. With an elevation gain of 533 meters, this route is classified as difficult, so be prepared for a strenuous but rewarding adventure.

As you start your journey, you'll come across the Tignousa restaurant at 1.23 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, where you can grab a bite to eat or simply enjoy the scenery. Further along the path at 3.97 kilometers, you'll find a water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle and staying hydrated during your hike.

Along the way, there are various points of interest such as the Cabane Bella-Tola alpine hut located 1.69 kilometers from the start of the trail, offering a cozy rest stop with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, you'll encounter informational points, including the Tignousa information point at 1.23 kilometers, and the Caisse remontées mécaniques information point at 0.16 kilometers.
