This hiking route takes you through the beautiful Dunstable Downs area, known for its stunning views and outdoor activities. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 3.793 kilometers and an elevation gain of 67 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Five Knolls archaeological site, located just 0.8 kilometers from the trailhead. This historic site offers a glimpse into the past and is a great starting point for your adventure. Moving along the trail, at around 1.5 kilometers, you will pass by the Dunstable Downs Golf Club, perfect for golf enthusiasts looking to enjoy a round of golf in a picturesque setting.

Around 1.7 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before starting the trail. From here, you can also witness paragliders taking off from the Paragliding Takeoff site, a thrilling sight to behold. The trail also leads you to the Paragliding Toplanding spot, where experienced paragliders land gracefully after their flight.

Throughout the route, you will find benches for resting and enjoying the scenic views. Additionally, there are eateries such as The Pheasant Inn, Down's Cafe, and Zeera restaurant nearby, perfect for a post-hike meal or snack.
