Further along, at 5.95 kilometers, you'll reach the Mont-Lachat takeoff point for free-flying activities.

At 3.98 kilometers, you'll reach Col de Châtillon, a saddle that offers a brief respite before continuing on your journey. Along the way, you'll also pass by Bachal de la côte fountain at 2.19 kilometers, providing a refreshing stop for hikers.

Throughout the hike, you'll find various dining options such as Le Châtillon restaurant at 1.94 kilometers, Le névé at 1.89 kilometers, and Le Chamoix at the trailhead. These spots are perfect for refueling and taking a break before tackling the next section of the trail.
