Welcome to the Ördög-orom hiking route! This super easy circular trail spans 1.622 kilometers with an elevation gain of 69 meters, making it perfect for hikers of all skill levels.

Located in a picturesque area, this trail offers stunning viewpoints and interesting landmarks to explore.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area just 0.01 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along, at 0.03 kilometers, you will find a shelter in case you need to take a break or seek refuge from the elements.

Around the midway point of the trail, at 0.52 kilometers, you will encounter the Ördög-szószék kilátás viewpoint and a rock formation known as Ördög-szószék. These features provide a unique opportunity to take in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Continuing along the trail, you will reach the Ördög-orom peak at 0.77 kilometers, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the area. Nearby, there are picnic sites where you can stop for a rest and enjoy a meal amidst nature.

Towards the end of the trail, at 0.69 kilometers, you will find informative signboards detailing the biodiversity of the area and any potential hazards to be aware of. Additionally, a cave entrance at 0.61 kilometers adds an element of adventure to the hike.

As you complete the circular route, make sure to visit the boundary stone at 0.69 kilometers, which holds historical significance and is a great spot for geocaching enthusiasts.
