This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around Colla del Montenero. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 6.257 kilometers and an elevation gain of 172 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across some Points of Interest (POIs) along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. Further along, about 1.36 kilometers from the start, you will see the lovely Fontana Orti spring, a perfect spot to rest and refill your water bottle.

Continuing on, at around 3.04 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Colla del Montenero, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Nearby, at 2.64 kilometers from the start, you will pass by Colle Del Ronco, a picturesque saddle along the trail.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, you will encounter the Belvedere Vittoria Delfanti viewpoint, providing a panoramic vista of the area. Additionally, you will see the memorials of Umberto I and other historic figures, adding a touch of local history to your hike.
