Located in the Grandes Combes area, the hiking route of Chemin de la Mine de la Lappiaz offers a challenging yet rewarding outdoor experience. With a total distance of 6.176 kilometers and an elevation gain of 516 meters, this circular route is estimated to take approximately 2 hours and 43 minutes to complete.

The trail begins at Parking Journée, where you can leave your vehicle for the day. As you embark on your journey, you will pass by Parking Longue Durée, conveniently located just 7 meters from the trail.

Around 1.18 kilometers into the hike, you will find a restaurant where you can take a break and replenish your energy before continuing on. Further along the trail, at the 3.02 kilometer mark, you will come across a water source where you can refill your water bottle and take a moment to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty.

As you reach the 2.32 kilometer mark, another water source will be available for you to rest and hydrate. Additionally, at 1.18 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Buvette de Montagne «Sur les Côtes», a mountain restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience.
