Another water point can be found 3.59 kilometers into the hike, followed by additional water sources at the same distance. It is advisable to bring an adequate supply of water to stay hydrated during the trek.

For nature enthusiasts, there are cave entrances along the trail, such as Aven de la Combe des Bestiaux situated 1.14 kilometers from the start. Further along, you will find the Grottes de Terre Rouge numbering 1 and 2, as well as Grotte de Terre Rouge number 4 and 3, all located around 2.47 to 2.61 kilometers from the starting point. These cave entrances offer a unique opportunity to explore the geological wonders of the area.
