Welcome to the hiking route to Monte Plische! This challenging circular trail covers a distance of 7.05 kilometers with an elevation gain of 692 meters, taking approximately 3 hours and 21 minutes to complete. The route offers stunning views of the surrounding area and a variety of points of interest along the way.

Starting off at the parking area, you will begin your ascent towards Monte Plische. Along the trail, you will come across several information points providing insights about the region, as well as Forcellino Plische and Passo Pelagatta, two natural saddles that offer picturesque views of the landscape.

As you continue your hike, you will reach Rifugio Pompeo Scalorbi, an alpine hut located 2.07 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Further ahead, at a distance of 2.98 kilometers from the starting point, you will encounter Forcellino Plische, another magnificent viewpoint along the trail.

Midway through the hike, at 3.52 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Monte Plische, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Finally, as you make your way back, you will pass by additional information points that provide interesting facts about the area.

This hike is considered difficult due to its length and elevation gain, so it is important to come prepared with proper hiking gear, ample water, and snacks. Additionally, be sure to check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
